Chicago Education Project would like to announce availability for fall clinic and school options. We offer individual and small group instruction for children and families with autism. Led by a Licensed Social Worker with support from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), our social skills groups are designed to address both verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Students will work on referencing, joint attention, sharing, waiting, and coordination. Parents are encouraged to share their personal goals for their child in the program. Please call for scheduling and availability.
This group is tailored for children who posses emerging social skills including turn taking, waiting, expressing needs and wants, and basic referencing, but may need additional support with expressing emotions, sharing thoughts and feelings, and conversing with others. Working 1:1 or in small groups of two, our Licensed Social Worker will create individualized programs that best meet the social needs of each child.
Individual and Family Counseling
