Chicago Education Project is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization certified by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public special education facility that services children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, PDD-NOS, emotional/behavioral disorders, specific learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and other health impairments.

Our Core Values:

Provide students with an environment where they are motivated to actively participate
Encourage and prepare parents to be active participants in their child's education
Provide programs that address the core deficits of autism
Research new ideas and methods that are scientifically-based
Respect each student's individual personality and create programs that foster confidence and competence
Form partnerships with local school districts and train professionals on educating children with ASD and other disorders
Promote community awareness about autism and available treatments
Ensure student success and program integrity by consulting with independent evaluators

CEP has a wide network of professionals available; we are able to assist families in ensuring that they receive the best opportunities for their children, including references to physicians, psychologists, counselors, lawyers and parent advocates.
